IS’Art Galerie: Ambi Presents an Unusual Installation
IS’Art Galerie: Ambi Presents an Unusual Installation
Joachim Michaël, 13 February 2018.
Ambi exhibits at the Is’Art Galerie in Ampasanimalo (Madagascar), from 15 to 18 February, as part of a fine art exhibition titled “Toujours dignes, 2018” (“Still Dignified, 2018”). The article describes an installation of nylon-stockinged legs, an image of a population weakened by corruption. It notes that Ambinintsoa Andriankarivelo, known as Ambi, has lived in France since 2000, after studying architecture at Luminy.
Let us denounce this virulent virus that is corruption. I stand for an art that dissolves every obstacle to freedom.
