The data controller is Ambi, the publisher of this site, reachable at contact@ambiplasticienne.net.

Data collected

This site has no data-collection form: any contact is made by email or phone, at the initiative of the person writing in. No information is recorded by this site when an email is sent or a call is made. Only technical, anonymous browsing data may be processed, as described below and in the cookie policy.

Audience measurement

An audience-measurement tool (Google Analytics or equivalent) may be enabled to better understand how the site is used. It will only be activated after explicit consent, given through the banner shown on the first visit, and can be withdrawn at any time (see the cookie policy). The data collected this way (pages viewed, time spent, device type) is anonymised and does not identify visitors personally.

Data recipients

No data is sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. If an audience-measurement tool is enabled with consent, the technical data it collects is processed by its provider (Google, where applicable), which may be located outside the European Union, under that tool's own terms.

Retention period

The cookie choice is kept for 6 months. Any audience-measurement data is kept for a maximum of 14 months, in line with CNIL recommendations.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), everyone has the right to access, rectify, erase and object to data concerning them. These rights can be exercised by writing to contact@ambiplasticienne.net. There is also the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
